With the exception of the bibliography and the list of current books, the catalogues on this website were originally compiled for my personal use. I have posted them here because they have been found useful by others, but I make no claims for their completeness. As will be seen, they contain various gaps and queries. I shall be grateful to receive corrections, additions and comments by email. The same caveat applies to the texts of unpublished material, which have not all been finally edited to the standard required for conventional publication.
